TEXOL is a Kazakhstani group of companies headquartered in Atyrau that provides a full range of works and services in the field of rail freight transportation. The Group’s key areas of expertise include the transportation of liquefied gas, petroleum products, and dry bulk cargo. The Group comprises the Atyrau Carriage-Building Plant; Ak-Zhaiyk-7, the largest railcar repair enterprise in Kazakhstan; two Repair and Testing Facilities (RTFs) located in Kulsary and Atyrau; the Makhambet Industrial and Production Complex; and a new Wheelset Workshop (WKM), a facility specializing in the assembly of new wheelsets for freight railcars. The Group also operates the country’s largest liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage facility, equipped with infrastructure for loading and unloading LPG and preparing gas tank cars for operation.
