VIP Val Venosta, is one of Europe’s leading apple producer organizations, representing around 1,600 growers across 5,500 hectares in South Tyrol, Italy. Established in 1990, VIP coordinates production, quality management, marketing, sales, and innovation for seven member cooperatives. The region’s unique alpine climate, high-altitude orchards, and sustainable farming practices enable the production of premium-quality apples. With an annual harvest of approximately 320,000 tonnes, VIP supplies fresh apples and club varieties to more than 50 countries worldwide, combining tradition, expertise, and environmental responsibility.
