Fruit Mzanzi Africa

Fruit South Africa (Fruit SA) is a non-profit company and an umbrella body for the South African fresh fruit industry. The industry comprises six associations: Berries ZA, the Citrus Growers’ Association (CGA) of Southern Africa, Hortgro (representing the pome- and stone-fruit growers), the South African Table Grape Industry (SATI), the South African Subtropical Growers’ Association (Subtrop) who represents the avocado, litchi, and mango growers, and the Fresh Produce Exporters’ Forum (FPEF). Registered as a business entity in 2013, Fruit SA strives for a competitive, equitable and sustainable South African fruit industry. It represents its members in providing advocacy, collaboration, coordination, and services relating to key industry matters.
